Job Title: Formulation Technician Job Description

A Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility is seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support a brand new product line due to increased market demand. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals motivated to enter the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves loading materials, completing electronic batch records, log book entries, documenting work orders, and conducting process checks to ensure quality. The ideal candidate should have a tech-savvy and process improvement mindset, reporting issues and offering solutions.

Responsibilities

+ Load materials into the production line.

+ Complete electronic batch records and log book entries.

+ Document work orders and ensure process checks for quality control.

+ Maintain batch packaging records for materials loaded and produced.

+ Identify and report recurring issues, providing solutions for process improvement.

Essential Skills

+ Previous manufacturing experience, especially in a GMP environment.

+ Understanding of GMP knowledge and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

+ Strong communication skills and critical thinking ability.

+ Tech-savvy with an aptitude for electronic documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bioworks or Associates in Biotechnology.

+ Experience in pharma, food, medical device, or cosmetic industries.

+ Exposure to biotechnology and manufacturing operations.

Work Environment

The work environment involves working on your feet for 12 hours. The company offers a great culture with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance. Employees have the opportunity to grow their careers in various directions. The day shift rate is $21/hour.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.29 - $24.29/hr.
