    **Come join our team! D.R. Horton, Inc.**is currently looking for a*_Land Acquisition Analyst_*for our rapidly growing Division in Western PA. The right candidate will analyze financial information, land acquisition proformas and market trends in existing and future projects.This is an exciting opportunity with room for growth!

    *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. That this is an in-office position, with no remote work.

    * Perform financial analysis of land, entitlement, or development activities

    * Perform market analysis of land to evaluate market trends, property values, and economic factors to support acquisition decisions

    * Conduct research into property ownership, land titles, and legal descriptions using public records and databases

    * Analyze zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental constraints to assess development feasibility

    * Review all financial and market analysis with various department leads

    * Ensure timelines are met in land purchase contracts

    * Prepare and manage models and supporting documents for all necessary region and corporate submissions

    * Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

    * Ability to travel overnight

    Education and/or Experience

    * Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

    * One to two years of related experience and/or training

    * Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities

    * Possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

    * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions, including DRH applications

    * Proficiency with MS Office and email

    * Ability to accurately and efficiently process and record large volumes of data
