Overview: As a Mid-level DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions that support scalable and efficient software delivery pipelines. Your work will focus on leveraging cloud technologies, particularly Azure, to build and optimize deployment processes. You will be responsible for managing containerized applications using Kubernetes and ensuring seamless orchestration and scaling. Additionally, you will utilize tools like Ansible to automate configuration management and Helm Charts to streamline application deployment. This role requires you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the systems you support.
To excel in this position, you will benefit from hands-on experience with advanced platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Apollo, and Rubix. These tools will be integral to your daily responsibilities, enabling you to manage data integration, deployment workflows, and system monitoring effectively. A strong understanding of containerization and orchestration processes will be essential, as will familiarity with infrastructure-as-code principles. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing system performance will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
Your background should include practical experience with cloud environments, particularly Azure, and a proven ability to work with Kubernetes and containerized applications. Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible and Helm Charts will be critical for managing complex deployments. A track record of working with data-driven platforms or tools such as Palantir will set you apart, as will a commitment to staying updated on emerging DevOps trends and technologies. Compensation Ranges
Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
