What You Will Do
As our F&I Manager, you will:
+ Deliver exceptional customer experience while guiding buyers through finance and protection options
+ Work with urgency and precision to structure, submit, and fund deals quickly and accurately
+ Present and sell protection packages with confidence and clarity
+ Build and maintain strong lender relationships to secure the best approvals for our customers
+ Collaborate with the sales team to keep deals moving seamlessly
+ Champion compliance and accuracy in all documentation and reporting
What We Are Looking For
+ Two or more years of dealership finance experience (sales management background is a plus)
+ Highly competitive personality that doesn’t settle for “good enough”
+ Strong closing ability and proven track record of hitting goals
+ Positive attitude with hunger to push businesses to new heights
+ Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
+ Team-oriented with leadership qualities
+ Valid driver’s license
