YOU BRING:

+ 3–5 years of hands-on automotive experience

+ Minimum 3 ASE certifications (Master Tech preferred)

+ Manufacturer certifications across all major systems

+ Proven skills in:

+ Engine, Suspension, Brake, Electrical, HVAC

+ Drivability Diagnosis & Repair

+ Lube & Maintenance Services

+ Customer Pay Repair Efficiency >105%

+ Relentless attention to detail and pride in your work
