At Munson Healthcare, our Clinical Pharmacists play a vital role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy. As part of our pharmacy team, you’ll collaborate directly with providers, nurses, and patients to support optimal health outcomes.

Current Openings

+ Full-Time: Gaylord (40 hours/wk), Grayling (40 hours/wk) or a Float position between Gaylord and Charlevoix (40 hours/wk)

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:

+ Verify and process medication orders

+ Monitor patient medication therapies and outcomes

+ Provide drug information, education, and clinical expertise

+ Supervise and support pharmacy staff

+ Partner with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver the highest quality of care

What’s Required

+ Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy degree or higher)

+ Current Michigan pharmacist license, or eligibility within 90 days of hire*

+ All duties performed under supervision until licensure and training are completed

+ Health-system experience or PGY-1 residency preferred

+ PGY-2 residency completion desired for specialty areas (ED, OR, Oncology)

+ Board Certification preferred, not required
