    Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – East Windsor, CT is currently seeking applicants for a Quality Technician on 1st Shift. Overtime is available as needed. R esponsible for producing Vishay products that meet and exceed quality and customer expectations.

    Job Location:

    Vishay Dale Electronics, East Windsor, CT is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology. There are around 30 employees currently working in East Windsor.

    What you will be doing:

    + Ensures that all QC requirements are met, performing both incoming inspection and final inspection of raw materials, stamped strip and welded strip. Documents and archives the inspection data. Works with micrometers, calipers, drop gauges, microscopes, visual inspection tools.

    + Maintains a QC presence on the production floor, collaborating cross-departmentally and at the Operator level as required.

    + Oversees MRB of rejected materials. Maintains orderly control of rejected materials and works with vendors to receive RMAs as required, while ensuring proper tracking and identification.

    + Performs SAP movements associated with disposition status of raw and finished goods. Performs Legacy movements associated with proper identification of all raw and finished goods.

    + Collaborates with Quality Manager to ensure ongoing compliance to ISO9001

    What you will bring along:

    + 1 year minimum Quality Control experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic understanding of QMS systems. Strong understanding of dimensional tolerancing and blueprint reading required.

    + Associates degree in related discipline (or equivalent experience)
