    Job Description:

    BASIC FUNCTION

    Process and input into JD Edwards all sample and trade show requests for Engine Repair, Tire Repair, and Car Care.

    JOB DUTIES

    • Required to pick, check, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.

    • Required to label and fill air/ocean/truck freight following domestic regulations.

    • Process truck shipments including all paperwork associated

    • Able to create, transfer, adjust, and confirm orders in JD Edwards.

    • Able to monitor and track any order shipped through the department when needed.

    • Ensures that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

    • Works closely with Marketing/Sales to coordinate and implement trade shows with associated materials, paperwork, and sample requests.

    • Must successfully complete and maintain certification in D.O.T., IATA, and IMO training.

    • Required to operate UPS manifest system to ship literature, sample, and premium orders.

    • Required to operate powered industrial equipment (i.e. sit-down rider, low lift and high lift).

    • Packs orders using appropriate size carton and dunnage materials for safe movement of shipments.

    • Supports all other functions within Engine Repair business as needed (i.e. Marketing, Product Management, Innovation, Sales, R&D, etc.)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma/GED with experience or exposure to Customer Service type position and Warehouse type position desirable.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required; JD Edwards experience preferred.

    • Must be able to work under time pressure and with multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Good interpersonal skills due to degree of communication with Sales Force, Marketing and Customers.

    • Duties of this position require sitting/standing for long periods.

    • Also requires the ability to occasionally lift, push/pull up to 65 lbs.
