    Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description

     

    This position supports the Accounts Receivable department in researching and processing various cash applications and other credit accounting tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Process cash application efficiently.

    + Research pending cash receipts and related items that are unidentified and unapplied.

    + Respond to accounts receivable-related requests and inquiries from various groups, such as billing and collections.

    + Address and resolve tickets in ServiceNow.

    + Assist with write-offs, reversals, and reallocations.

    + Work closely with the Collections department to apply pending and unallocated payments.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in accounts receivable and cash application processes.

    + Experience with ServiceNow.

    + Competency in Microsoft Excel and 10-key operations.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + At least 2 years of accounts receivable experience.

    + Experience with specific accounting software.

    + Legal accounts receivable experience is strongly preferred.

    Work Environment

    This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work with one of the largest international law firms based in the US. The hours are from 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, Florida.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $39.00/hr.
