• Data Analyst, Specialist

    Vanguard (Malvern, PA)


    Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with internal partners to understand business strategy, translate requirements into analytical projects, and lead them to completion.

    + Leverage data from various engagement and transactional sources to develop insights, recommendations, and reporting.

    + Acquire, compile, and validate the quality of structured and unstructured data. Analyze client data to identify trends and patterns that impact the client experience.

    + Develop, own, and manage recurring analytical requests and reporting processes.

    + Prepare and deliver visualizations and presentations that translate insights into actionable solutions. Communicate recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management.

    + Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics, customer experience, and financial services.

    + Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of five years of related work experience.

    + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

    + Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau.

    + Strong financial and investment acumen preferred.
