Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist, Change Management

Hours/Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First Shift)

Compensation: $65,000-$78,000 annually

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overview

A growing food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist, Change Management to drive continuous improvement initiatives within their QA team. This role is a great opportunity for a mid-level quality professional to establish new quality processes, implement root cause analysis protocols, and directly impact operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to assess and review current protocols.

+ Perform root cause analyses on quality issues, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare action plans.

+ Develop, design, and implement statistical process control charts and other statistical tools to monitor processes.

+ Lead change management initiatives and create new quality protocols based on findings.

+ Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present insights to management.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to execute corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree required; Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.

+ 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance; experience in the food or beverage industry highly preferred.

+ Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement change management.

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

+ Must be a self-starter with the ability to build processes from the ground up.

+ Proficient with statistical tools and Quality Management Systems.

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
