Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Type: 4-Month Contract
Compensation: $19.45
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid (On-site Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)
System One is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a contract position working a hybrid schedule out of Edina, MN or Maple Grove, MN.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to two directors
+ Managing calendars, taking meeting notes, coordinating meetings
+ Email timecard reminders to ~30 designers.
+ Responsible for reviewing time submissions before closeout for manager approvals.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
+ Experience supporting directors or executives, exposure to large teams (50+ employees).
+ Experience with UKG (timekeeping software).
+ 1–3 years of administrative support or customer service experience,
+ Microsoft Office (especially Outlook for calendar management), strong communication skills, organization, meeting coordination.
