Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Program Management Department of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Illegible/unreadable resumes will not be considered Responsibilities You will collaborate with program/department managers and other management officials for the development of program guidance and requirements for development, test and evaluation, procurement and in- service operations of supported aircraft programs You will translate program guidance into policy direction and assistance to the program office staff and Integrated Program Team leaders and members. You will collaborate with program managers to formulate short-term and long-range program plans, ensure that program milestones established provide adequate time and resources for implementation. You will coordinate planning interfaces on a regular basis with officials within the program office and in the competencies You will make evaluative analyses of all aspects of the program including program objectives, policies, work operations, progress, resources utilization, intra and inter-program balances and related matters You will identify trends, significant program accomplishments, merit and deficiency situation, and areas of imbalance or similar factors Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition; 2) Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level procurement policies; 3) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command. ???????
