Starting wage range: $20.10 - $21.15 per hour.     assistance to support the developmental needs of children ages 0-3 and their families. Supports licensed

     

    service providers to assure ef fi cient and comprehensive Early ACCESS services. Makes home visits with client

     

    families to help assess concerns and service needs. Provides information and resources to families involved in

     

    Early ACCESS and coordinates services. Documents services and ensures timely data reporting. Responsibilities 1. Plans and arranges early intervention services for assigned families and collaborates with all service partners to meet family needs.

     

    2. Serves as the single point of contact for the child and family eligible for Early ACCESS in helping parents access early intervention services and other services identi fi ed in the IFSP (Individual Family Service Plan).

    3. Helps to identify client family needs and concerns.

    4. Assists client families in identifying family resources, informal networks and available service providers.

    5. Supports and participates in the development, review, evaluation and updating of the IFSP.

    6. Assures completion of all IFSP paperwork in a timely manner, adhering to timeframes and deadlines. Qualifications 1. Associate degree in early childhood, social services or a related fi eld, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.

    2. Two (2) years of related work experience

    3. Demonstrated ability of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc), Google platform (Drive, Docs, etc.) and/or other related technology applications. EOE/AA
