TEKsystems is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team in Lakeville, MN. This role is focused on providing excellent customer support through inbound calls, troubleshooting product issues, and scheduling service appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle inbound calls from clients seeking service for company products.

+ Troubleshoot issues and schedule service technician visits.

+ Log all customer interactions in the internal CRM system.

+ Perform data entry and basic invoicing using Excel.

+ Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

+ 1+ year of customer service experience (preferably in an office setting)

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Strong multitasking and communication skills

+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

+ Experience in scheduling or help desk support

+ Familiarity with Excel and CRM systems

Work Environment:

+ Casual and supportive office setting with a retail showroom

+ Team of 10 in Customer Service, divided into Building, Retail, and Service divisions

+ Business casual dress code

+ Friendly management and collaborative team culture

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
