Description

We are looking for a NetSuite lead/product owner.

Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Maintain the NetSuite platform to optimize performance and functionality.

• User Support: Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on NetSuite features and best practices.

• Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

• Data Management: Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates.

• Documentation: Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.

+ Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and internal SME.

+ Manage system configurations, customizations, workflows, roles, and permissions.

+ Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, reports, and KPIs to support business operations.

+ Provide ongoing support and training to users across departments.

+ Monitor system performance and coordinate with NetSuite support for issue resolution.

+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead enhancement initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
