• Operations Support Engineer/Assistant

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **GIS Analyst** to join our team and support the ongoing development and operation of our Geographic Information System (GIS) program. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality geospatial solutions and supporting operational and research initiatives, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop automated workflows and web-based mapping applications.

    + Analyze geospatial data to produce specialized datasets, maps, reports, and visual materials.

    + Plan, coordinate, and execute geospatial data collection and processing.

    + Lead the application of GIS technologies for change detection, monitoring, and modeling in Oil & Gas operations.

    + Apply data mining, feature extraction, and accuracy assessment techniques to enhance geospatial analysis.

    + Ensure data integrity and alignment with company standards.

    + Provide training and support to GIS users across the organization.

    + Monitor and implement industry best practices in GIS.

    Tools & Technologies

    + ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, Portal for ArcGIS

    + ArcGIS Enterprise

    + Field data collection apps and handheld devices

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).

    + Minimum 3 years of experience working with ESRI software.

    + At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro.

    + Strong cartographic and data visualization skills.

    + Solid project management and communication abilities.

    + High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
