SLB’s New Energy Business is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Communications student Intern for a 6-month part-time internship (20 hours max) supporting the communication manager and communications lead in executing communications initiatives, strategies, and engagements with high interest in tracking metrics across marketing channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Consolidate, measure and report on web performance, marketing campaigns, social media engagement and ads, Google Ads, SEO. Make recommendations for performance improvements based on trends and best practices research.
+ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
+ Recommend tactics and support social media channel for campaigns.
+ Identify trends and insights for Google Ads and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
+ Conduct SEO analysis for New Energy pages on slb.com and make recommendations for improvements and higher rankings through organic research.
+ Coordinate with social media team to ensure maximum visibility of the New Energy podcast and increase podcast listenership.
+ Manage internal SharePoint sites to share news, activities, collateral, etc. with internal stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials that support campaigns.
+ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as necessary.
+ Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
+ Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing & Communication, or relevant subject. Master’s degree preferred.
+ Proficient at using Google Analytics and Google Ads platforms.
+ Previous experience using LinkedIn ads.
+ Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
