    Job Responsibilities:

    The district is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Cheerleading Coach to lead and mentor student athletes. The coach will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture, promoting skill development, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all players.

     

    Stipend: $2392 (2025-26 school year)

    Qualifications for this position:

    + Experience in competition and spirit cheer preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, supporting their academic and personal growth.

    + Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and leadership on and off the field/court.

    + Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all team members.

    + Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.

    + Follow all district, state, and league regulations and policies.

    + Assist with coordinating practive schedules, game schedules, travel arrangements, and equipment needs.
