Position Description:

Performs professional level analysis and control functions in area of assignment.

Major/Essential Functions:

+ Coordinate professional development presentations/topics with TTU HR, the Office of Leader & Culture Development and non-TTU/S entities.

+ Stay up to date on all Human Resources trainings/presentations while scheduling and coordinating trainings for Institutional Advancement employees.

+ Assist other managers throughout TTUS IA with the hiring, onboarding, and annual review processes.

+ Responsible for Xtender processing and filing of all confidential documents. Stay up to date on document retention standards.

+ Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track progress on professional development initiatives, workforce engagement, and retention goals.

+ Assist with paperwork for new positions, reclassifications, labor redistributions, and position descriptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

$48,000 - $63,700 - $78,400
