    We’re hiring a Special Education Instructional Aide to join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning, behavioral, and therapeutic needs. This is a high-impact role for professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about inclusive education.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide instructional support to students under the supervision of special education staff

    + Assist with behavioral interventions and emotional regulation strategies

    + Support students with mobility, personal care, and therapeutic needs as directed by licensed professionals

    + Help implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

    + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and social workers to ensure student success

    Qualifications:

    + Required

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB clearance: questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Valid health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

    + Preferred:

    + Prior experience in special education, behavioral support, or classroom assistance

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to remain calm and supportive in high-stress situations

    + Familiarity with IEPs and student support plans
