    Job Title: Teacher of the Blind and Low Vision

     

    Pay Rate: Approximately $45/hour, based on experience

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Teacher of the Blind and Low Vision to support students in school-based settings throughout the Greenwood and greater Indianapolis area. This role involves providing specialized instruction and support to students with visual impairments, helping them access curriculum, develop independence, and achieve academic success.

    Qualifications:

    + Valid Indiana teaching license with Blind/Low Vision endorsement or eligibility

    + Experience working with students who are blind or visually impaired preferred

    + Proficiency in Braille and assistive technology is a plus

    + Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
