    The Red Gate Group is seeking a Consultant Executive (Senior) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. This position supports CIO-6, which manages and operates JWICS (the "super highway" that provides TS/SCI connectivity and communications across the DOD and IC). The role will contribute to the JWICS Modernization initiative through senior-level consultation on strategic decision-making, technical solutions, and program management across multiple project areas including creative services, SharePoint architecture, division management engineering, solutions integration, and program/project management.

    Responsibilities:

    + Works with the most senior members of the client organization to ensure that overall program and project direction, strategy and expectations are met

    + Possesses an understanding of DIA's CIO mission and the impact of managerial practices

    + Perform data collection and interview senior staff

    + Facilitates discussions and analysis to inform the decision process

    + Offers expertise in the form of knowledge, specialty skills, experience, or creativity

    + Provides guidance on almost every aspect of DIA's strategic objectives and goals as they relate to the CIO mission

    + Have a firm understanding of IC and DOD Risk Management Frameworks, continuous monitoring, risk scoring, and risk management experience

    + Act as a high-level designer, defining the framework of core design features and functions of the program objective to be implemented

    + SME in one or more of the following specialties: cloud and systems architectures, security architecture, cloud applications and storage, high performance computing, and software development

    + Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)

    + Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements

    + Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks

    + Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings

    + Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight

    + Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

    + Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree + an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 13 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree
