    Salary: $2116 / Week

     

    Start Date: 3–4 weeks from offer

     

    Contract Length: 13 weeks

     

    Hours/Week: 48 hours (Night shift: 4x12-hour, 7:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

    About the Role:

    Amergis is seeking dedicated ICU Registered Nurses to join the night shift team at Lovelace Regional Hospital. This unit welcomes first-time travelers and offers a supportive environment for nurses ready to deliver high-acuity care. Candidates must be flexible to float to Med/Surg when ICU census is low.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

    + Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, administer medications, and maintain IVs and central lines

    + Respond to emergencies including CPR and other lifesaving interventions

    + Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and discharge planning

    + Document care plans, interventions, and outcomes

    + Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery

    + Maintain compliance with facility protocols and HIPAA standards

    Qualifications:

    + Active RN license in the state of practice

    + Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required

    + Current BLS and ACLS certifications

    + Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

    + Strong communication skills and computer proficiency

    + Must be 18+ years old
