    School Nursing Opportunities – General Nurse & 1:1 Nurse

    Amergis Educational Staffing is currently hiring for two school nursing roles in partnership with local schools in the Dedham, MA area. These are excellent opportunities for nurses passionate about pediatric care and school-based support.

    Position 1: General School Substitute Nurse (RN Only)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 3:20 PM

    + Start Dates & Duration:

    + Option 1: ASAP – December 1st

    + Option 2: December 1st – End of March (potential to extend through April)

    + Requirements: BSN required; pediatric experience preferred

    + Pay Rate: Up to $55/hr (based on experience)

     

    Position 2: 1:1 School Nurse (RN or LPN)

    Details:

    + Schedule: Thursdays & Fridays, 16 hours/week

    + Duration: 2025–2026 school year with potential summer extension

    + Requirements: Experience with trach care, seizures, and g-tube management

    + Licensure: Current RN or LPN license in MA

    + Preferred Experience: 1 year in school nursing and pediatric care

    + Pay Rate: Up to $57/hr (based on licensure and experience)

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Providing direct 1:1 care to a student with complex medical needs

    + Monitoring health status and responding to medical concerns during the school day

    + Promoting wellness and supporting disease prevention efforts

    + Collaborating with school staff and healthcare providers
