Early Childhood School Aide

Salary: $736 / Week
The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required
+ Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
General Comments
Essential Job Details:
Early Childhood Classrooms. There are a mix of developing students AND students with disabilities. They find students learn better from other kids!
Technical Skills Needed/Minimum Experience/Qualifications

- Candidates who are passionate about Early Childhood and wanting to help children

Monday through Friday, 32 hours a week
Mileage Reimbursement Included
The hours vary, as they have classrooms that are 7:30-2:30 and classrooms that are 8:30-3:30. Candidates will need to be flexible and will be asked to move classrooms if the need changes.
