    The Hospice Supervisor coordinates the integration of Care/Case Management functions to provide efficient and effective outcome-based, patient-centered care. You will provide oversight of Hospice staff which includes leading, educating and assessing performance of staff.

    What You Can Expect:

    + Full Time Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5:00pm (rotates through administrative call)

    + Be a part of a collaborative and supportive team

    + Develop and mentor others

    + Serve as expert and resource to staff

    + Work collaboratively to improve outcomes

    Qualifications:

    + Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

    + Experience: 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hospice setting

    + Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
