    + **Proven Sales Experience:** 2+ years of sales success, demonstrating your drive and capability. We value experience and hustle.

    + **Sports Marketing Expertise:** Demonstrated ability to sell integrated sports marketing partnerships, including signage, radio, social, and digital elements. We know sports.

    + **Negotiation Mastery:** Exceptional negotiation skills, enabling you to influence key stakeholders and close deals. We're deal-makers.

    + **Communication Excellence:** Outstanding presentation, organizational, and communication abilities. We communicate with impact.

    + **Digital Savvy:** Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social, content, banners, mobile, retargeting, websites, and analytics. We're digital-first.

    + Must have a valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
