Fortune 500 Telecom Company

_Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

_Rate: $48 - $58 / hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

+ Participate actively in Agile and Scrum processes.

+ Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

+ Manage interactions across diverse groups with competing priorities.

+ Write, define, and elicit user stories or requirements.

+ Ensure user stories adhere to INVEST or other current best practices.

+ Provide and accept constructive feedback throughout project lifecycles.

+ Independently research topics using available tools and resources.

+ Perform impact analysis on systems, users, projects, and dependencies.

+ Coordinate all communication strands of a project with strong organizational skills.

Experience Requirements:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.

+ Experience with Salesforce and understanding of its data structure.

+ Integration experience (e.g., with platforms like ICOMS or CSG).

+ Familiarity with business analysis tools (nice to have):

+ Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)

+ Jira for project management

+ MS Visio or Lucidchart for process flow diagrams

+ Ability to construct “as-is” and “to-be” process flows

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
