    Job Summary

    As **_Senior Executive Chef,_** you will lead both the culinary vision and the large-scale commissary operation that powers our catering and workplace dining business. This role requires a leader who can think big, driving the business forward through innovation, operational excellence, and team development, while also ensuring flawless production and distribution across multiple accounts, catering, and events.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive culinary and operational innovation that elevates guest experiences, strengthens client partnerships, and positions the business for growth.

    • Lead and develop a high-performing team through stages of training, engagement, inspiration, clarity of direction, and cultural alignment with company values.

    • Oversee high-volume production, purchasing, and distribution, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across catering and workplace dining accounts.

    • Develop and implement forward-thinking, seasonal menus, presentation, and food programs that anticipate client needs and reflect industry trends across tiered offerings.

    • Lead transportation and delivery operations, guaranteeing seamless flow of food from commissary to destination.

    • Attract and retain top culinary talent by leading recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure long-term team strength and stability.

    • Develop future leaders through hands-on training, coaching, and performance management, empowering growth at every level of the kitchen and support staff.

    • Foster a culture of excellence rooted in collaboration, accountability, and innovation, driving both individual success and team-wide achievement.

    • Maintain strict standards in food quality, food safety, sanitation, sustainability, and cost management while achieving production and financial goals.

    • Partner with sales managers, operations leaders, and clients to create tailored solutions that blend innovation with excellent execution.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Culinary degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Food Service Management a plus

    • 8+ years of progressive culinary leadership with experience in large-scale commissary or central production kitchens, events and workplace dining.

    • Proven success in developing talent and building high-performing teams

    • Track record of driving business growth through culinary innovation and operational excellence

    • Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven team development success

    • Expertise in food trends, sustainability, and cost management

    • ServSafe® Certification required
