    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for an SAP BA to support an global energy company. This role will focus on gathering business requirements, documenting processes, coordinating testing, and supporting end-user training across key SAP modules. Key responsibilities include:

     

    Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.

     

    Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

     

    Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

     

    Prepare business process documentation and training materials.

     

    Deliver key user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of enhancements.

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

     

    Hourly Pay Range: $18/hr-$22/hr based on experience.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environments.

     

    Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Shop-Floor Processes.

     

    Hands-on experience with SAP modules: MM, PP, QM, WM.

     

    Experience in coordinating UAT and training activities. SAP certification in one or more relevant modules.

     

    Experience in SAP enhancement or implementation projects.

     

    Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies.
