    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking for a DevOps Engineer to support their deployment pipelines within their Firco Insight product. The ideal candidate will have a background in Octopus Deploy, Github Actions, JFrog Artifactory, and AWS. It would be a bonus if the candidate had SRE experience. The pay rate for this role ranges based off years of experience between $45-55/hour.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Develop and implement software build tools and processes in line with SDLC pipelines using GitHub Actions, ProGet Artifact Repository, and OctopusDeploy • Develop Infrastructure Deployment processes using AWS, Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions • Manage infrastructure in AWS with over 200 EC2 instances (Windows Based virtual machines), and deployment processes for those machines in multiple single-tenant environments, with a focus on Security, data protection, and reliability. • Other AWS Services used: S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda (with nodejs), RDS, Cloudwatch, and more • Developed local test stack and processes using LocalStack SRE skillset
