In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
We are seeking a Systems Engineering and Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test next generation EW systems. Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions, individual technical contributions on a related range of Programs will include system development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning and execution in a field deployment environment.
In this Role you will:
+ Leading a medium size team of Systems Engineers on EW related programs
+ Managing all system engineering content and work products
Implementing the product development process
+ Manage Cost and Schedule responsibilities for the systems team
+ Execute of systems planning and requirements development
+ Create and review of systems requirements to include, software, component, subsystem, and operational concepts
+ Allocate of requirements to engineering other disciplines
+ Creating system test plans, procedures and reports
+ Provide oversight to product design, development, integration, and verification
+ Develop and maintain external releasonship with customers, other contractors and government officials.
+ Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings
+ Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and with customers.
+ Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures
+ Supports proposal development activities, including proposal text development, cost and schedule estimating, and presentation activities.
Role could be based out of Nashua, NH or Hudson, NH depending on the needs of the Business Area
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ BS degree in a STEM field in addition to 12 Years of relevant industry or equivalent
+ Possess an Active US Government security clearance (with ability to possess TS)
+ Leadership skills and experience directing and mentoring engineers on complex programs
+ Expert in effectively documenting, communicating, leading and working with a team on designs, results, reports, and presentations.
+ Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)
+ Experience developing viable concept solutions, identifying and tracking technical risks, and leading technical teams
+ EVMS certification and CAM experienced required
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Project/Program team member responsible for workflow, which is dynamic in nature.
+ Experience with EW, Radar and/or RFCM Systems
+ Experience with technical performance measurements and cost account management.
+ Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as MagicDraw.
+ Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering
+ Active United States security clearance, Top Secret, SCI Eligible
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
