    Job Description

    A community banking organization is seeking a Loan Department Manager that will sit hybrid onsite in Marion Ohio for a full time role. You will be responsible for managing the Loan Operations Department of the Bank and supporting the lending functions of the bank. This includes but is not limited to processing, servicing, customer service, reporting functions and accounting related needs. This individual should design and administrator processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing, leads, training needs and supervises the operations staff to meet strategic goals. This individual should also communicate with other bank departments to ensure integration and support is bank wide and establish a positive working relationship across the organization. Expertise in Commercial loan documents, Freddie Mac, loan operations and servicing, and core system are essential.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3+ years of supervisory and leadership experience and relevant loan operations management experience preferred

     

    5+ years banking and loan experience

     

    Working knowledge and operational experience with SWAP loan pricing.

     

    Experience with all operational facets of large multi-bank loan participations, as a lead bank, and as a participant bank.

     

    Detailed knowledge of lending products, including residential, commercial, consumer and leasing.

     

    Experience working with Credit Workflow Software (nCino, Abrigo, Aageworks, Laserpro, Baker Hill, Wolters Kluwer, Credit Assessment, etc) Preferred Experience in developing, training, leading, inspire and motivating teams.
