    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager in the Fairborn, OH area for a direct hire opportunity. This resource will be joining a growing client supporting a variety of government projects. This resource will be responsible for organizing and creating strategic direction for programs concerning the DoD directives and policies specifically within Diminishing Manufacturing Sources of Material Shortages (DMSMS). You'll need to have an understanding of DMSMS to be successful in this role. You will analyze technical data utilizing Python and operations research to move hands on policy or program experience. Previous hands-on manufacturing or mechanical engineering experience is required.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor's Degree in STEM

     

    10+ years of experience as a Technical PM

     

    Aerospace industry background

     

    Manufacturing or mechanical engineering experience

     

    Data analytical background

     

    Willing to get hands-on with technical problems with the team DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources of Material Shortages experience
