Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the decommissioning of the FUEL 50 platform. This role will focus on migrating skills infrastructure across five distinct workstreams and ensuring seamless transitions to alternative platforms such as Workday and mentoring/gig-based systems.

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation across five workstreams related to the FUEL 50 decom move over to Workday project.

• Develop and maintain flow documentation, including handoffs and functional requirements for the actual system builds.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.

• Support the migration of skills infrastructure, ensuring clarity in employment and re-employment pathways.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and provide BA support to ensure project milestones are met.

• Assist in mapping skills data to Workday’s Skills Cloud platform and other mentoring/gig systems.

• Ensure documentation supports both business and technical audiences.

• Liaising with Business architects and Digital strategists.

Skills and Requirements

*REMOTE but EST hours / EST coast preferred*

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, multi-stream projects.

• Experience / understanding with Workday, especially the Skills Cloud platform.

• Strong understanding of technical workflows and systems integration.

• Experience with skills infrastructure migration projects.

• Experience JIRA to develop user stories.

• Experience creating flow documentation and functional requirements.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Understanding of employment lifecycle transitions (e.g., employment, re-employment, mentoring, gig work).
