Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end execution of a multi-year Zero Trust program, ensuring alignment with business and security goals.
- Coordinate across cybersecurity, IAM, networking, and infrastructure teams to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and manage interdependencies across projects and teams.
- Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and technical leads to ensure adoption and sustainability of program outcomes.
- Track progress against milestones, budgets, and KPIs, and escalate issues as needed.
Drive accountability and transparency across all program stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of delivering large, complex initiatives.
- Proven experience managing cybersecurity, IAM, or networking programs.
- Experience with Zero Trust frameworks or implementations is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities. - PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications.
Experience working alongside OCM professionals to drive adoption and change.
