Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EpicCare Security Analyst with EpicCare Link certification to join our healthcare IT team. This role is responsible for setting up users and provisioning user access based on their job level or what they need. It is highly customer facing and requires great customer service skills. You will be part of the IAM team provision these third party members.

Skills and Requirements

EpicCare Link Certification required.

Granting third party access to medical records for partners

Analyst experience - configurations, upgrades, security templates, managing requests and access, and implementing changes

Experience on IAM provisioning team - giving access, taking tickets from 3rd party and giving them access, managing all EMP

Very customer facing - Go-Live support
