Job Description

You will be responsible to oversee the deployment, lifecycle management, and ongoing enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions. This multifaceted role combines product ownership, solution architecture, and project leadership, serving as the key liaison between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP modules—particularly FICO—along with strong experience in cloud ERP and business transformation. A proven track record of delivering scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions is essential.

Own the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and architecture across finance, supply chain, and operations.

Oversee end-to-end deployment, including fit-to-standard workshops, data migration, testing, and go-live.

Lead deployments, upgrades, and customizations aligned with business goals.

Provide expert guidance on SAP functions/features, including cloud solutions like SAP HANA, SAP BTP, and integration platforms. Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing systems (SAP and non-SAP).

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption.

Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and maintain performance.

Uphold governance, compliance, and documentation standards.

Mentor users and drive continuous improvement through training and feedback.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

10+ years of experience within SAP S/4HANA

Minimum of two full cycle projects

Deep knowledge of SAP Modules (FI/CO)

Experience with agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and change management frameworks

Experience with cloud platforms

Needs to be an effective communicator Experience with public cloud platforms

Experience with SAP ECC

SAP certifications
