    Job Description

    Insight Global is sourcing for a Software Integration Development Vehicle Test Engineer to sit onsite in Santa Clara for one of our largest technology clients in the Bay Area. This person will:

     

    • Handle end-to-end AV software testing for autonomous functionalities (like ACC, LK, Lane Change etc), Safety features & parking, collaborating with teams across NVIDIA Automotive platform.

    • Validate NVIDIA Drive product at vehicle level and review requirements, develop test metrics and establish KPI-matrics evaluation.

    • Design test routes and perform in-car tests at larger scale to ensure SW quality could match expectations of the end user.

    • Report events as per the defined protocols including Safety and work with collaborators to improve the reports, communication.

    • Travel to different locations to perform in-car testing based on test plans to collect proving ground and public road scenarios to ensure comprehensive real world testing for ADAS/AS SW features.

    • Collect quality and valuable expert feedback from in-car test drives and present them with multi-functional feature PICs/Leads.

    • Debugging issues, collaborating with engineers to identify root causes, and chip in to process improvements.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -3+ years of experience with ADAS software testing

     

    -At least 1+ years of experience with a computer science / software development background

     

    -Proficient in Python, SQL, and Java -Software triage experience
