    Job Summary:

    As the Senior Rad Tech, you will work with technologists and advise them on performing procedures, ensuring efficiency.

     

    You will participate in orientation and in-service programs related to imaging and perform quality checks on equipment and procedures. You will work to improve the quality of the exams and coordinate any service or preventive maintenance.

     

    You will work with radiologists and managers on procedure and/or policy changes and communicate any changes with staff.

    REQUIREMENTS

    + Associate degree (or equivalent to become A.R.R.T registered)

    + Graduate of an AMAapproved radiologic technology program or related field

    + Meets licensure and registration requirements for staff technologists for his/herrespective area(s)

    + CPR

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

    + 3 years of experience as a technologist
