Quality Manager

Are you passionate about building a culture of quality, and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a dynamic Quality Manager to take the reins of our Operations Quality Department and make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do:

+ Lead, mentor, and develop a talented Quality team to champion excellence across our operations.

+ Be the go-to expert for compliance - ensuring processes meet global Quality System standards and maintaining the integrity of our Certificates of Compliance & Conformity.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products with Advanced Product Quality Planning and eliminate nonconforming products.

+ Assess risks, create streamlined processes, and design systems that connect departments and facilities seamlessly.

+ Drive Management Review Meetings, customer return analyses, and serve as the voice of Quality Management for our U.S. business.

What You'll Bring:

+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field (required)

+ Experience: 7+ years in manufacturing quality control, with ERP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 expertise; Atex and RoHS experience preferred

+ Leadership: 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience

+ Certificates/Licenses: None required
