    **Sodexo Live!** is seeking a **Senior Manager, Premium Culinary Operations** for an exclusive and ultra-premium club/lounge at **Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)** . Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure.     What You'll Do

    + be responsible for the culinary program within this premium/luxury lounge;

    + actively work in-service supporting the culinary team in prep, production and menu execution; with emphasis on the first-class menu;

    + creation, implementation and daily execution of all à la carte, buffet and noodle station menus (seasonal);

    + work with procurement to complete costing and order guide creation;

    + innovate moments of surprise and delight by adding featured culinary menu items for special occasions;

    + write BOH schedules and ensure weekly performance to ensure budget compliance;

    + interview, hire and train all BOH new hires;

    + ensure Sodexo culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality/presentation are implemented;

    + have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;

    + ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety, standard compliance; and

    + have a working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

    What You Bring

    + **senior culinary management experience, preferably in a Korean restaurant or high-end hospitality setting;**

    + **strong background in Korean cuisine, including traditional and modern techniques;**

    + **Korean language fluency;**

    + excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards;

    + strong coaching and employee development skills; and/or

    + have a passion for food and innovation.
