    Now Hiring: Production Associate – 1st Shift | $16/hr | Stafford, TX

     

    Join **PDS Tech Commercial** as a **Production Associate** and gain hands-on experience operating state-of-the-art printing and sorting equipment. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate, high-quality production that supports daily operations and customer needs.

    Position Details

    + Hiring for:

    + Schedule: 1st Shift | Saturday – Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 30-minute paid lunch OR

    + Schedule: 1st Shift | Thursday – Monday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 30-minute paid lunch

    + No interview required (working off provisional clearances)

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate machines that print materials such as statements, health insurance cards, and loyalty cards.

    + Manually insert forms into envelopes, affix tags to carriers, and prepare expedited mail packages.

    + Run presorting machines to separate damaged mail and request reprints as needed.

    + Place sorted mail into bins for delivery to the post office.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet goals in productivity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

    + Participate in cross-training to learn multiple machines and equipment.

    What You’ll Need to Have

    + Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation)

    + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

    + Physical ability to stand for 95% of the shift and lift 20–50 lbs

    + Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and holidays

    Preferred Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment

    + Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
