    Reporting to the Brand Director, the Brand Manager helps us lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and brand strategies that align with school and program/unit-level goals. You will support a portfolio of internal partners and serve as the primary liaison between these partners and the Marketing & Communications team. You will collaborate with external agencies and internal analytics teams to ensure marketing activities are insight-driven, strategically sound, and performance-measured. The Brand Manager is accountable for campaign strategy, executional oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and budget management.

    Responsibilities*

    + Develop data-driven brand strategies and measurable marketing plans

    + Conduct competitor and audience analyses to inform plans and positioning

    + Partner with agencies to align media strategy and creative direction

    + Lead campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign evaluation

    + Write briefs, manage timelines and deliverables, and oversee multiple initiatives

    + Ensure campaigns are on-time, on-brand, and on-budget

    + Serve as the strategic liaison for internal partners

    + Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and analytics teams

    + Develop and manage campaign budgets

    + Monitor spend and optimize for ROI

    Required Qualifications*

    + Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

    + At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign strategy.

    + Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution and analysis.

    + Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.

    Additional Information

    **Salary Information** :

     

    The posting range for this position is $81,900 to $105,800. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
