    As a CSR, you’ll be the face of Fidelity Bank & Trust—helping customers with their everyday banking needs, sharing financial solutions, and delivering the hometown service we’re known for.

    + Deliver Exceptional Service – Welcome and assist customers with transactions, account questions, and day-to-day banking needs.

    + Handle Financial Transactions – Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Banking or teller experience is helpful (but not required—we’ll train the right person!).

    + Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    + Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

    + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
