    Required Skills:

    ISCE NPI Program Manager, AI/ML Responsibilities:

    1. As single-threaded owner for Meta’s Supply Chain organization, apply hands-on program management skills and techniques to drive overall schedule, build & test readiness, factory readiness, material readiness, and risk management, internal and external escalations and program communications to achieve on-time and on-quality execution of NPI builds for AI compute, storage and network hardware programs.

    2. Act as primary liaison between Meta’s Supply Chain organization and all internal and external partners for covered programs.

    3. Drive build readiness including all Supply Chain deliverables and daily build issue debug cadence across Meta’s Supply Chain and internal and external engineering and manufacturing partners.

    4. Drive manufacturing, test and material readiness, infrastructure.

    5. Own program risk identification, mitigation, management and communication across Meta’s Supply Chain organization.

    6. Own overall program communication strategy and execution across Meta’s supply chain organization and internal and external partners.

    7. Drive factory ramp readiness with internal and external engineering and manufacturing partners.

    8. Own and drive program escalations across Meta internal and external teams and partners.

    9. Identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities across internal and external processes and workflows and drive improvements across multiple teams and functions.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    10. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation

    11. Requires 5 years of experience in the following:

    12. 1. Sourcing and managing global (Asia, EU, LATAM) suppliers and manufacturing partners

    13. 2. NPI product life-cycle, program management including program kickoff, stakeholder influence & strategy, workstream prioritization, driving cross-functional execution and establishing working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams

    14. 3. Manufacturing test processes & systems, including quality inspections, automated systems, and integrated systems testing

    15. 4. Data center or critical facility hardware architecture and deployment such as busways, battery backup units, power distribution units, etc

    16. 5. Working with high power and cooling technologies and application of these technologies in manufacturing

    Public Compensation:

    $196,000/year to $226,600/year + bonus + equity + benefits
