Responsibilities:

+ Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs

+ Supporting Accounting department through Data Entry and Analysis as needed

What We Need From You Job Duties and Requirements

+ Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.

+ Analyzing workflow processes.

+ Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.

+ Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.

+ Processing due invoices for payments.

+ Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.

+ Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

+ Perform any duties either necessary as perceived by or assigned to the job

+ 2-3 years accounting experience preferred.

+ Strong experience with Excel.

+ Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

+ Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy.

+ Ability to analyze large sets of data.
