    What you'll do...

     

    We are looking for a confident and strategic leader to join our team as Manager – Catchment Space. In this role, you will drive initiatives related to catchment strategy and space planning, ensuring our business makes the most effective use of our locations. You will combine strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills with a keen sense of business priorities, helping to shape and execute location-based strategies that deliver real impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead catchment space strategy and planning initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization across markets.

    + Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals.

    + Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, confidently presenting recommendations and negotiating solutions that balance diverse needs.

    + Use data and insights to inform decisions, but focus on translating findings into clear, actionable strategies for the business.

    + Demonstrate presence of mind and adaptability in fast-paced situations, making sound decisions and guiding teams through change.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of driving results and influencing decisions.

    + Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to present to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

    The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
