    What you'll do...

     

    + Lead recruiting strategy for Revenue and Marketing functions, aligning efforts with business priorities.

    + Partner with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and build diverse pipelines.

    + Leverage data and workforce planning insights to drive proactive sourcing and hiring decisions.

    + Guide and develop a high-performing recruiting team to deliver best-in-class candidate experiences.

    + Share market trends and best practices to continuously evolve recruiting capabilities.

    What You’ll Bring

    + Deep expertise in recruiting for commercial and marketing functions.

    + Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic talent decisions.

    + Experience using data to inform and optimize recruiting strategies.

    + Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent review processes.

    + Passion for building inclusive, high-impact recruiting teams.

    Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

    The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area and 5 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.

     

    Option 2: 7 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or other area.

     

    3 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
